As Summit Spirits and Wine’s own spirit brand, Summit has established Booze Brothers’ Vodka, offering a 750ML, 1L, and 1.75L formats, to compete in the well class of spirits throughout Nevada, emphasizing “locally made” for on and off-premise customers across the state.

Ignite Spirits
Beginning in 2018, Dan Bilzerian tasted hundreds of spirits blends to find his favorite. Now Bilzerian is making his vodka available outside his private events with a public release.
Made in the USA with 100% corn, IGNITE uses a series of column stills to perform a water washed distillation. To maintain strict quality and taste profiles, we then blend our gluten-free vodka to 80 proof with measurements of UV charcoal filtered water.
The result is a slightly sweet, full-strength spirit that tastes perfect right from the bottle.
Tequila Dame Mas
Tequila Dame Mas is a specialty tequila; our notes are fruity, hazelnut, vanilla and has a great aftertaste that will make you say “Dame Mas” (give me more). Our process is traditional with Mamposteria (bricks) ovens; we use select agaves matured for eight years as a minimum, we distilled twice and filtered twice to create a super smooth tequila with a sophisticated taste where you can feel the agave in every sip. Our barrels are previously used to aged fine cognac, and we rested for five years to create this delicious nectar of the Gods hand bottled of course.
Querido Tequila
Rooted in heritage, sustainability, and family traditions, Querido Tequila celebrates the past while cultivating a future filled with new adventures.
Founded on seven generations of time-tested tequila making, Querido’s rich history is upheld by Emilio and Santiago Romo, two brothers on a journey to redefine modern-day tequila with fresh energy and excitement. Vice Versa
Vice Versa was born in 2003 after a few years Patrice Breton spent working alongside the influential winemaker Paul Hobbs. The hands-on education and experience he got with him went beyond skills and methodology. Introductions were made, an organic network of friendships with the industry’s most respected players was formed, and knowledge is continuously traded, which enables Vice Versa to craft the kinds of wines that originally sparked this journey.
A few years ago, Vice Versa began selling its wines “en primeur” and allowed Paul Hobbs to complete his integral work as the team welcomed consulting winemaker Philippe Melka to the helm of the winemaking team which also includes Maayan Koschitzky and Torri Cusik Leon. More recently, Vice Versa celebrated the opening of a by-appointment private tasting lounge in St. Helena and secured access to an incredible vineyard site, the stories of which Patrice and his team are honored to be able to tell through the wines to come.

Over the past several years, we have revived its dramatic vineyards, restored the 1916 barn to its former glory, engineered a cutting-edge winemaking facility, and assembled a team of world-class vineyardists and winemakers to craft fine wines worthy of its majesty.

David Paige Wines
Dave Paige has been part of the west coast wine industry for over 30 years. He began his career in California before heading north to Oregon and settling at famed Adelsheim Vineyards in the Willamette Valley, where he spent nearly two decades as Winemaker. There he honed the skills to craft the distinctive Pinot Noir and Chardonnay that are the valley’s hallmark. In 2018, Dave decided he wanted to try his hand at creating his own label, and began looking around the Willamette Valley for vineyard property he could take on to create his own winery. Separately, two friends in Indiana—one with roots in Oregon— were discussing creating a winery of their own.

In 2012 by four friends who dreamed for years of starting a craft brewery. They foster a “road less traveled” philosophy in the beers they make and how they make them. In that spirit, Phil Markowski, their award-winning Brew Master and 27 year craft beer veteran has created an extensive lineup that takes a unique twist on classic beer styles. Two Roads was named one of the ten best breweries in America by Paste Magazine and has won many awards including gold for Belgian Lambic style Ale in 2016 at the Great American Beer Festival.

FLAVORTOWN
Guy Fieri’s hair isn’t the only thing spiked in his life.
The Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives host created Flavortown Spiked, a line of malt beverages with Two Roads Brewing Co., PEOPLE can exclusively announce. The first flavor to launch the brand is a hard fruit punch, which Fieri describes as “adult Kool-Aid — but not as sweet.”
It tastes like the nostalgic drink but more hand-crafted. Rather than overly sweet, it’s refreshing and fruit-forward. You can truly taste the fresh cranberry and citrus notes. The boozy-ness is subtle, even with 6% ABV.
Cream of Kentucky
Former Four Roses master distiller Jim Rutledge plans to open a new distillery, reviving the historic Cream of Kentucky bourbon brand as one of its whiskeys. As the plans are still in development, he is bottling this 11 ½ year old straight bourbon, sourced from an undisclosed Kentucky distillery. Of the 9,000 bottles released, Rutledge signed 12 and slipped them into cases being shipped out to several states—a nice “golden ticket” touch for this limited release.
